He speaks through the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:16: The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
